Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, your main responsibility will be to prepare and cook delicious meals according to our menu specifications. You will be responsible for planning and managing the overall culinary activities in our kitchen.
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of various cooking techniques and a keen eye for detail. You should be creative and able to come up with new menu ideas. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and menus
- Create new and innovative menu items
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
