Job Description
WSP USA is seeking a qualified Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to manage Architectural and Civil & Structural (C&S) works for Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects involving staff housing blocks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local codes, attending site meetings, supervising construction, and inspecting materials.
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in C&S Engineering, Building, Architecture, or Architectural Technology, and be a registered RTO with IES/ACES. A minimum of 5 years of local project experience is required.
