Job Description
TRINITY ASSETS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Senior Operations Executive to oversee our customs declaration business. In this role, you will manage daily operations and ensure smooth communication with clients regarding their declaration requests.
You will collaborate closely with our offsite data entry team to guarantee accurate and timely customs submissions. Periodic meetings with customers are essential to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will liaise with relevant agencies on behalf of our clients and undertake other adhoc duties as assigned.
