Job Description
HUA HOON ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage various financial and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include calculating monthly time cards, tabulating employee wages, making timely CPF contributions, handling petty cash, and submitting monthly financial reports to management.
Other duties involve managing payroll for local and foreign employees, submitting GST reports, handling MOM applications, arranging worker contracts, and managing dormitory records. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling payments, purchasing insurance, and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.
