Job Description
As a Business Development Director for the Pacific region, you will be responsible for driving our company’s growth strategy and expanding our presence in the Pacific market. Your main objectives will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s goals. By analyzing market trends and competitor activities, you will be able to identify untapped opportunities and develop innovative business plans.
Key qualifications for this role include: a proven track record in business development, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Pacific market. A solid network of contacts in the region and experience in negotiating large contracts will also be essential.
