Job Description
- Industry: F&B – Bakery
- 5 days’ work week; 9am – 6pm
- Remuneration: Up to $3400
- Location: One-North MRT
- Monthly Phone & Daily Meal allowances provided
The Challenges:
- Handling E-Invoicing daily (Main Focus on pop-up events) / Delivery Orders
- Handling of bank reconciliations
- Review and match GL receipts and payments to monthly bank statements
- Following up with payments as and when necessary
- Handling of petty cash and claims
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What it Takes:
- Min. of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Rotate to do AP and HR admin role as job rotation and progression
