Job Description
Finance Spark is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Finance specialist to join our team. As a Finance Spark, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization and ensuring its financial stability and growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
