Job Description
Assistant Restaurant Managers are responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of restaurants and managing their employees.
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation, coordinate front of the house and back of the house operation ensuring efficient shift management.
- Delivering “GEM” s service to all guests ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently to all guest inquiries and feedback.
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions.
- Actively manage and work closely hands on with the team achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of the restaurant and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees creating a productive positive working environment.
- Event coordination and execution.
- Manage and lead staff, view training and development as an ongoing process.
- Nurture a positive and safe working environment.
- Manage scheduling and provide operational support to Operation/Restaurant Manager.
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required.
