Job Description
ADAPT GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Building Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of common areas within buildings and residential facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include routine preventive maintenance, corrective actions to ensure efficient operation of facility equipment, and regular inspections of grounds and facilities. You will also attend to breakdowns, conduct minor troubleshooting, and respond to emergency requests.
Work Location: Island-wide
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $1,800.00 – $2,200.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, shift system.
We offer additional incentives such as attendance and performance bonuses.
