Job Information

Job Description

• To create, develop and implement the visual merchandising strategy and programmes for all stores objectives.
• Ensure the strategy and guidelines are in line with our brand, products and target market, and also consistent display across multiple store locations.
• Create effective displays that enhance shopping experience, thus maximizing customer experience and revenue.
• Plan, source and produce props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
• Develop and implement VM guidelines for all stores, new store openings and special projects.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders as a collaborative partner (marketing, retail operations, merchandising, etc) to gain awareness of the brand scope, provide insight on visual projects, and identify how VM can align and contribute.
• Communicate with retail, merchandising, and VM Team on correct hardware, new developments and seasonal windows.
• Prepare and allocate all training materials for retail and VM on guidelines, window displays, props and fixtures usage.
• Create and manage VM budget.
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in advertising/graphic design or relevant field.
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & 3D related.
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in the creative industry.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
