Job Description
Our Company, LNM CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD., is looking for an Accounts Consultant (Junior/ Intermediate) who is keen to learn and is able to handle full set of accounts, and providing consultancy in the areas of taxation and HR to external clients. There will be many opportunities to grow and gain core competencies as an accounting professional.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular Bookkeeping and Accounting services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof.
- Taxation work for external clients, or provide consultancy thereof.
- Preparation of quarterly GST, CPF contribution, ECI, corporate tax for clients, if necessary, or provide consultancy thereof.
- Preparation of client’s unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs), or provide consultancy thereof.
- Streamline clients’ cashflow monitoring processes
- Provide Human Resource and payroll consultancy to clients
- Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients
- Conduct MYOB and other backoffice software trainings and IT consultancy for clients
- Manage internal and company’s clients’ statutory datelines
- Plan work schedules for company’s clients and staff
- Handle internal office administration & office stationery & supplies
- Maintenance of Company’s Client Database
