Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training & Safety Executive to join our team. As a Training & Safety Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying training needs and designing training programs to address them.
- Conducting training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Creating safety protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conducting safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and develop preventative measures.
- Providing recommendations for improving safety practices and implementing effective safety training programs.
