Job Description
- Preparing meat for consumers, including handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, and tenderizing cuts of meat.
- Arranging cuts of meat and placing them in showcase, packaging, weighing, labeling, and pricing goods.
- Educating customers on different selections and types of meat to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Inspecting meat deliveries for quality and freshness.
- Rotating products to prevent spoilage and minimize waste.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of meat preparation counters and shop space.
- Performing adhoc duties assigned by shop manager or supervisor.
