Job Description
Hello,
OneCare Medical Group is currently hiring for the position of Full Time Clinic Assistant. We welcome individuals who are seeking to challenge themselves with greater responsibilities and have opportunities for career progression as cluster managers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk tasks such as answering phone calls, patient registration, dispensing drugs, and collecting payments.
- Provide administrative support and schedule appointments for patients.
- Assist doctors with minor procedures when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic at all times.
- Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Higher Nitec with no experience required. Training will be provided.
- Able to work in shifts (AM: 8 am to 10 pm), on weekends, and some public holidays.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, well-organized, and proactive.
- Computer savvy.
- Available to commence work immediately or within short notice.
