Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Officer to join our team at LION INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Conducting audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Developing and implementing compliance training programs
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance violations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A degree in law or a related field is preferred.
