Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior MSAT Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior MSAT Scientist, you will play a key role in driving process development and improvement for our manufacturing operations.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading process characterization, validation, and optimization activities
- Developing and implementing process monitoring and control strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transfer of new processes
- Identifying and resolving process-related issues
- Supporting technology transfer activities to internal and external manufacturing sites
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in biopharmaceutical process development and manufacturing, as well as a thorough understanding of scientific principles and regulatory guidelines.
