As a Culinary – Banquet Event Order Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of banquet events. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with various departments, including culinary, service, and event planning, to ensure all aspects of the event meet client specifications.

You will be responsible for preparing and distributing detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to all related departments, outlining requirements for food, beverage, and setup. You will need to communicate effectively with the culinary team, ensuring they have all necessary information to prepare and deliver high-quality meals in a timely manner.

In addition to this, you will work closely with event planners and clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on event progress. Attention to detail is essential, as you will need to accurately maintain event records, noting any changes or special requests made by clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and excellent communication skills. Experience in the culinary or hospitality industry is preferred, as it will provide you with a solid understanding of banquet operations.
