Job Description
A Senior Warehouse Inventory Executive is responsible for overseeing the inventory management in a warehouse setting. They handle the overall supervision of stock levels, ensuring accurate records, and implementing efficient storage and retrieval processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels, avoiding both excess and shortage of inventory.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
- Oversee the organization and layout of the warehouse, optimizing space utilization.
- Coordinate with suppliers, verifying orders, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and training.
- Analyze data and generate reports on inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
