Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP/VP for our Capital Markets Financing Middle Office in the Real Estate industry. This role requires strong knowledge and understanding of capital markets financing and real estate operations.
Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day middle office functions, including trade processing, settlement, collateral management, and risk monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of all transactions.
Key requirements for this position include a deep understanding of real estate financing products, excellent analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail.
