Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager specializing in Flavor & Fragrance. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Mandarin, as this role requires extensive interaction with our Chinese clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Flavor & Fragrance industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering tailored solutions and addressing customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Flavor & Fragrance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
