Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise the duties of chambermaids and ensure they carry out orderly housekeeping work while maintaining cleanliness in accordance with standard requirements.
- Conduct thorough checks on fixtures, fittings, and building components within apartments prior to check-in and after check-out, and take action on any defective or missing items.
- Address complaints and requests from tenants promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor staff working schedules, ensuring sufficient manpower, supplies, and equipment for efficient operations.
- Suggest solutions for operational problems, personnel utilization, and non-scheduled jobs.
- Recommend housekeeping procedures and policies to stay updated with current standards.
- Train employees on proper housekeeping procedures and performance of duties.
- Evaluate and recommend cleaning products and equipment, maintain inventory of supplies.
- Perform other assigned duties diligently and professionally.
- Collaborate with supervisors, provide courteous services to guests, and handle complaints, requests, and inquiries efficiently and tactfully.
