Job Description
Join us at MS. DURIAN PTE. LTD. if you have a passion for F&B and are ready to learn how to operate a Cafe. We are offering a 6-month traineeship with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position as an FOH Assistant Manager.
We will be providing comprehensive training to equip you with the skills to manage a successful cafe. As part of the traineeship, you will learn:
- To provide an excellent customer experience and service recovery
- To execute all functions in the front of house, including cashiering, bar, and online ordering system
- To maintain a positive work culture
- Manage and work with a team to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe
Requirements:
- Possess a bubbly character
- Positive mindset
- Commitment of a minimum of 6 months
Working Hours:
- 5 days work week, 11am to 9pm
- Off on Tuesdays & Fridays
