Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Clinic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting doctors and nurses during medical procedures
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Performing administrative tasks, such as billing and insurance verification
• Preparing examination rooms and sterilizing medical equipment
• Providing excellent customer service and answering patient inquiries
• Training and supervising junior clinic assistants

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential. Previous experience in a clinical setting and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.
