Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for supporting consultants in delivering solutions or managing the various assigned customers’ SAP systems.
- Work with key users in business process re-engineering in the area of expertise.
- Develop customized setting in accordance to users’ requirements.
- Accountable for timeliness and quality of solution delivered.
- Work with users to resolve issues and propose solutions.
- Participate in any project activities as required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in few cycles of project implementation and upgrading projects.
- Experienced in process streamlining and re-engineering.
- Ability to articulate ideas and concepts to a wide range of audience.
- Possess good presentation and documentation skills.
- Understanding of project methodologies and possess good follow-up skills.
- Good team player with the right customer attitude is key.
- Able to help users adopt the usage of the systems.
