Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Procurement Director for Furniture. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities related to furniture, ensuring the highest quality products are sourced at the best possible prices.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for furniture, in line with the company’s overall objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay updated on the latest furniture products and technologies.
- Analyze and optimize the procurement process to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of furniture supplies.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in procurement, specifically within the furniture industry. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
