Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Investigation Engineer to join our team at Thales. As an Investigation Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and analyzing data to determine the causes of engineering failures, accidents, or malfunctions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive investigations into engineering failures, accidents, or malfunctions.
- Collecting and analyzing data, including technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance records.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, and systems for potential risks and deficiencies.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to conduct forensic examinations and tests.
- Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Developing strategies to prevent future failures and improve safety measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in conducting investigations and analyzing engineering failures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in relevant software and engineering tools.
