Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage infrastructure in the Asia region.
- To be the 2nd level of infrastructure support for all countries in the Asia region.
- To consult infrastructure implementation/operation in all countries in the Asia region.
- To build and drive regional infrastructure in the Asia region.
- To propose and drive the business with information technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in technical support, IT troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Citrix) and common software applications.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365, Hybrid Cloud, and VMware.
- Basic knowledge of Mobile Devices Management, like iPad, iPhone, AirWatch, and Android.
- Knowledge of Managing network equipment, like Cisco and Cisco Meraki will be a plus.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and configurations.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
