Job Description
Are you a problem-solver with exceptional leadership skills? We are seeking an Assistant Manager (Service) to join our team. As the Assistant Manager (Service), you will be responsible for overseeing the service department’s daily operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Service Manager in implementing strategies to optimize service delivery and improve customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising service staff and providing guidance as needed
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Monitoring service performance indicators and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall service quality
- Developing training programs for service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and prioritize. A background in customer service or a related field is preferred.
