Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) focusing on Talent Acquisition, Payroll Processing & Management, and HRIS to join our team. As an HRBP in our organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of payroll, as well as maintaining and enhancing our HR Information System (HRIS).
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Southeast Asia region.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Managing the entire recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Maintaining and enhancing the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in talent acquisition, payroll processing, and HRIS management. Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
