Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team. As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Providing guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Handling employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Managing payroll and benefits administration.
- Overseeing the administrative functions, including office management, facility maintenance, and procurement.
- Handling employee training and development programs.
