Job Description
Finance:
- Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- Handle Full Set of Accounts
- Prepare month-end reports
- Maintain and Manage Charity platforms
- Generate Tax Deductible Receipts and send to donors
- Filing of GST and Donors’ donations to IRAS
- Maintain Contracts and Agreements
- Banking duties
- Assist the Financial Controller in preparing reports and data analysis
Operation:
- VIVA general office management / Building Management / Internal Office Management
- IT and Tech support matters (hardware and software), computers and other equipment
- Administration of contracts with service providers
- Liaising with vendors and service providers
- Software program management
- Security and health management at Viva hub
- Management of licensees
- Administration of contracts with suppliers
- Maintenance of door access and telephone system
- Any other duties as reasonably assigned
