Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day operations of the service centre in accordance with company brand position and guidelines.
- Performing and ensuring all repairs and servicing are executed in accordance with company’s standard operating procedures and performance indicators.
- Performing equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance.
- Performing on-site servicing and installation if required.
- Assisting in ad hoc project work.
- Cooperating with the Customer Service Team and following the company’s procedures and protocols to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in repairing Electronics Products.
- ITE/ Diploma in Electronics/ Mechanical or related field is welcome to apply. No experience required. Training provided.
- 5-day work week.
