Job Description

The Jobs:

• Planning & execution of S&R events.
• Reporting monthly events / activities in the monthly management meeting in the absence of Executive/Asst Executive (Sports & Recreation).
• Meeting short-term and long-term objectives of Sports & Recreation events/activities management/organisation in the Club.
• Checking on event venue and ensuring that required set up is done in an appropriate manner.
• Liaising with external vendors on rates and programs.
• Preparation of formal event proposals to Executive/Asst Executive (Sports & Recreation).
• Sourcing for sponsorship for major Sports and Recreation events
