Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide all administrative support for sales, including but not limited to preparation of price list, exhibition label, exhibition kit, artwork listings, invoice, agreements, etc.
• Execute marketing campaigns regularly to drive sales.
• Engage clients who are interested in the artworks and follow up on their queries.
• Upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the Gallery.
• Perform any additional work that is deemed appropriate for the running of the Gallery.

Requirements:

• Diploma student or undergraduate student in arts management, business or administration related courses.
• Multilingual candidates preferred to liaise with associates and clients.
• Strong interest in modern and contemporary art.
• PC literate: MS Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop.
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to undertake pressure.
• Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
