Job Description
Our company, E-Ployment Consultancy, is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic account plans to drive sales and revenue.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts, including large retail chains, department stores, and specialty retailers.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans and sales strategies to attain sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Providing product brief and training to the client’s staff.
- Utilizing strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data, market trends, and competitor activity for identifying growth areas and opportunities while detecting possible threats.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and delivery.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and mall roadshows to promote our products.
Job Requirements:
- ‘O’ level with 2 years of experience.
- $300 Basic salary + Commission + Allowance.
- Positive disposition with a strong passion for working in the retail industry and prepared to work during retail hours.
- Business-minded, dynamic, creative, and resourceful.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills.
