Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Connectivity and IT Support specialist. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the connectivity infrastructure of our organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of network devices and equipment
- Providing technical support for network connectivity issues
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance
- Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement network solutions
- Managing and maintaining network security
- Conducting regular audits to ensure network compliance
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of network protocols, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and network monitoring systems is also required.
