Job Description

A Senior Executive, Customer Service is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team, ensuring high-quality customer support and satisfaction. This role involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships.

The key responsibilities of a Senior Executive, Customer Service include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the customer service team’s daily operations
  • Ensuring professional and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media channels
  • Developing and maintaining customer service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions
  • Training, mentoring, and evaluating customer service staff
