Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the construction site office
- Coordinate and assist in the day to day general administration
- Keep proper documentation & filing system
- Process billing and generating reports
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ levels and above
- At least 2 years working experience preferred
- Able to work independently at site location
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
