Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse II to join our team. As a Senior Staff Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring junior nurses, assessing patient conditions, administering medication, and coordinating patient care plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the nursing unit and maintaining accurate medical records.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
