Job Description
Beehive Fulfillment is a 3PL e-commerce fulfillment service provider in Singapore. We specialize in inventory storage, pick and pack, local delivery, and customer returns management for e-commerce businesses. Our aim is to assist both local and international sellers in capitalizing on the rapidly growing e-commerce market in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Due to our expanding business, we are currently seeking a part-time warehouse packer to join our team.
This is a part-time position with working hours from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Warehouse Management System using computer and handheld devices (training will be provided)
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Receive incoming shipments, check quantity, and condition of items received
- Label products as required and store them at designated locations in the warehouse
- Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to ensure smooth dispatch or receipt of parcels/shipments
- Perform office administrative duties
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Responsible and takes ownership for work done
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Prior work experience in the e-commerce warehouse/logistics industry is an advantage
