Job Description
We are currently looking for a Trainee Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a Trainee Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate and supervise the activities of our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a supervisory role or a similar position is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who is motivated, quick learner, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Coordinate and supervise team activities
- Monitor and evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement
- Train and onboard new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
