COMPANY DESCRIPTION
A popular eatery in Japan since the late 1950s and now making its debut in Singapore, Michelin Starred Shisen Hanten spreads the love of traditional Szechwan cuisine smack dab in the middle of Orchard Road. It is also the only 2-Michelin Starred Chinese restaurant in Singapore, for 4 consecutive years. Helmed by Chef Chen Kentaro, and decades of perfecting Szechwan techniques, the menu boasts a plethora of his signature dishes full of sour, sweet, salty, and aromatic flavours. Adorned with modern and classic Chinese artwork, Shisen Hanten sets the scene for an authentic dining experience, perfect for celebrations or business alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items on the menu within the specified time set under the supervision of the Cook Supervisor / Assistant Head Chef
