RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the curation of Mall content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the official brand and marketplace listings.
- Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories.
- Review offline files to ensure the marketplace content is aligned with the policies and guidelines.
- Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it.
- Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions.
- Work closely with product/development teams to fine-tune our in-house products and reporting needs.
- Generate and contribute new and creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.
- Account management of our online marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook ads, Shopee Ads, etc.)
- Assist in the building up of our campaigns by analyzing marketing data from all aspects.
- Monitoring of campaigns’ running status and keeping them healthy by analyzing marketing data and reviewing key metrics on a daily basis.
- Assist in the reporting of daily marketing outcomes.
