Job Description
We are currently seeking a Support Specialist II (Mediation) to join our dynamic team. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and resolving customer issues related to our mediation software.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer problems, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to improve the overall functionality and performance of our mediation software.
