Job Description
DONG-A CONSULTANTS ASIA PTE LTD is currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of HR related letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Memo, etc)
- Maintain and update employees’ personal records
- Application of work passes
- Source and register staff and workers for courses
- Handle training grants and claims
- Check and maintain attendance records
- Ensure proper filing and record of HR and all other documents
- Process NS make up claim
- Update staffs’ timesheet for Accountant to process
- Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal of insurances
- Arrange flights for staff and workers for holiday or cessation of contract
In addition, you will also be responsible for general administrative duties, including:
- Stationery management
- Basic data entry
- Arrangement of courier services
- Assist with purchasing of site materials as well as creating Purchase Orders
- Office carpark renewal
- Leased apartments carpark renewal and coordinating with vendor for aircon maintenance
- Retrieving/opening of mails
- Handling of phone calls and incoming emails
- Provide administrative support to other departments
- Renewing insurances for company vehicles, machines, project, etc.
