Job Description
1. Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties.
2. Support corporate secretarial duties.
3. Assist in coordinating meeting, taking meeting minutes, following up on action tasks and deliverables.
4. Support in audit includes liaise and coordinate with related sections i.e., J-Sox controls (Process walkthrough, testing samples, PLQ and CLQ).
5. Support insurance matters.
6. Support the periodic stock counts.
7. Assist in travel arrangements, such as booking ferry / flight, making hotel reservations, etc.
8. Assist in organising corporate events and activities.
9. Provide ad-hoc support to various departments.
10. Perform any others duties as assigned.
