Job Description
Job description:
- Perform regular Bookkeeping and Accounting services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof.
- Taxation work for external clients, or provide consultancy thereof.
- Preparation of client’s unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs), or provide consultancy thereof.
- Streamline clients’ cashflow monitoring processes.
- Provide Human Resource and payroll consultancy to clients.
- Preparation of quarterly GST, CPF contribution, ECI, corporate tax for clients, if necessary, or provide consultancy thereof.
- Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients.
- Conduct MYOB and other backoffice software trainings and IT consultancy for clients.
- Manage internal and company’s clients’ statutory deadlines.
- Plan work schedules for company’s clients and staff.
- Handle internal office administration & office stationery & supplies.
- Maintenance of Company’s Client Database.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,500.00 – $3,200.00 per month
