Job Description
As an Executive, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our company’s payable accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports
- Preparing and processing payment documentation
- Performing account reconciliations
- Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
