Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Insurance team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive insurance services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, assessing risks, and developing tailored insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their insurance needs and objectives
- Analyzing insurance policies and identifying areas for improvement
- Conducting risk assessments and developing effective strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Reviewing and negotiating insurance contracts
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in insurance software and MS Office Suite
- Relevant certifications and licenses
