Job Description
Review lease structures for approvals, ensuring strong financial performance (P&L control), and maintaining asset value.
Identify opportunities to increase property value through renovations, space optimization, and other initiatives.
Analyze tenant mix, identify new trends and concepts, and actively manage the retail offerings in the properties.
Support in managing assigned properties in Singapore, including reviewing lease structures for approvals, ensuring strong financial performance (P&L control), and maintaining asset value.
Monitor key metrics like rent renewals, cash flow variations, valuation trends, lease lengths, sales figures, visitor traffic, occupancy rates, profit margins, and handle rental rebates.
Identify opportunities to increase property value through renovations, space optimization, and other initiatives.
Analyze tenant mix, identify new trends and concepts, and actively manage the retail offerings in the properties.
